Jeannine Mills

Jeannine Mills is a registered Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience. She works predominantly with woman who are anxious and stressed, and want to improve the relationship they have with themselves and others and find more balance and peace in their lives.

She works with woman who are often worried and exhausted, doubting or invalidating the difficult feelings that come from giving too much to others or putting themselves last. By doing this they are losing the wisdom that comes from noticing and acknowledging how they really feel and what they need to change.

She works collaboratively with clients to understand how they got to this place, what’s important to them, and how to gain more confidence, balance, joy and well-being in their lives.

Jeannine practices Schema Therapy and Schema Coaching, to get to the root causes of the stress and anxiety, and provide a framework where clients can learn about themselves.

Jeannine previously worked in the corporate sector in Melbourne and London before training as a psychologist in her 30s. She has three children, has lived overseas and interstate, and loves nature and spending quality time with friends and family.
