Melissa KeoghI’m a highly qualified and experienced clinical psychologist with a warm, kind, and empathic therapeutic style.

I am registered with AHPRA and am a member of The Clinical College of The Australian Psychological Society. I work with children (5-12yrs), adolescents (12-17yrs) and adults
(18 yrs and over) across a variety of presentations.

In particular, I have a strong interest in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, social anxiety, separation anxiety and

My other areas of expertise include the mood disorders such as depression, as well as the eating disorders including bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and EDNOS.

I also have a strong interest in the gut-brain connection, sleep disturbance, interpersonal issues, grief & loss, assertiveness training and self esteem development.

I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and draw upon my skills in a range of evidence based treatments such Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy including Mindfulness, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in order to do so.

In addition to my clinical work I am also a WRITER/COLUMNIST for, Australia’s number one parenting website, and media commentator.
