Jacqui Ormsby
Jacqui Ormsby is a Psychologist and Educational and Developmental Psychology Registrar, with extensive experience in private practice and school settings across Melbourne. Jacqui provides counselling and assessment services to children, adolescents, and parents, for a range of concerns such as anxiety and mood disorders, behavioural problems, developmental disorders, learning and school related issues, parental separation, social skills, grief and loss. Jacqui values a child-centred strength-based approach in her work, and she draws upon evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. Jacqui has a special interest in autism and identification of giftedness.
